It’s important you know that the only person that has permission to approve access requests is the account owner. So, if this is not you, this explains why you can’t change the status from ‘pending’. This is true even if you are the MCC of this account.
What can you do?
- If this is your client’s account, ask them to approve the access.
- If this is your account, or you have access to it, log in to the account and click on Accept > Grant Access.
