✔️ How does Website Monitoring work?

  1. PPC Shield automatically tracks all your landing pages (final URLs) from your Google Ads accounts connected to our system. Unlike other website / uptime monitoring systems, you don’t need to enter URLs manually for monitoring.
  2. The system will send you an alert via email the moment an incident occurs.
  3. Diagnose the issue within seconds, allowing you to resolve the issue quickly and confidently.

❌ What causes the landing page to stop working?

Your landing page may not be working properly for many reasons: site that returns an HTTP error code, such as 403 Forbidden or 404 Not Found; cyber attacks like DDoS that make an online service unavailable to users; browser cannot verify the SSL certificates returned by the server; DNS lookup errors; etc.

⌛ When does the status get checked?

Your landing pages are tested every 10 minutes, 24×7.

📍 From what location the landing page is monitored?

From Germany.

📈 What is the overall availability?

The percentage of times the landing page was available out of the total number of tests performed during the chosen period.

⏱️ What is the average response time?

This is the average landing page response time across all tests, excluding tests that did not receive a response (operation timeout).

⚙️ Can I change the alert settings?

Yes. In the top-right corner of the Incidents block, click on the Settings button.
